Directions: From I-95, go to exit #50B, Caton Avenue. You will see Saint Agnes Hospital on the hill to the left. Turn left into the hospital parking lot. Enter through the main entrance and go to the right at the front desk. Follow the corridor to the right of the gift shop, past the coffee bar and Medifast. Our office is between Subway and the vending machine area next to the cafeteria.

Directions: From I-695, take Exit 12 (Wilkens Avenue East). At the first traffic light make a left onto Maiden Choice Lane. Follow Maiden Choice Lane approximately 1/4 mile. Watch for sign on the left for Maiden Choice Medical Center (just past the entrance to Charlestown). Our office is 720-E in the medical center. Look for the green awning with our name on it.
